As a landlord, your monthly income: Rental profit × 75%
We make a plan with you together and help you setting up your apartment.
After photography, we will create listings within 7 days.
We also look for mid-term rental guests proactively to optimise your revenue.
We take care of all the communication with guests to ensure smooth check-in and check-out.
We clean and check the apartment condition after each stay.
Amenities are included in our hosting fee.
We contact maintenance company or handyman on behalf of you if anything needs repair.
We have AirCover and our general liability insurance to cover unexpected damages.
If you need your place occasionally, you can book owner stay without extra charge.
After deducting rental costs (incl. VAT, platform service fee, cleaning fee), landlords receive 75% of the rental profit.

We charge per stay based on the size of the property and number of guests. Please inquiry for more accurate price.

If you would like to use your own Airbnb account and let us handle all the communication with guests and everything on-site, this is the package for you.
We charge cleaning fee plus 18% percentage(excl. VAT).
